Dedicated Server Questions

Standard configurations are usually built and handed over 24 to 48 hours after your payment is confirmed. If you need custom hardware, allow 3 to 5 business days.

With an unmanaged (self-managed) server, we supply the hardware, network and power, and the operating system, software and security are yours to look after. With a managed server, we take care of OS updates, security patches, monitoring and basic support. If nobody on your team has server administration experience, we recommend going managed.

Choose monthly, quarterly with a 5% discount, semi-annual with 8% off or annual with 12% off, and pay for any of them by card or M-Pesa.

Yes. Add RAM or storage, or move up to a more powerful server. A few upgrades need a short maintenance window, and we plan those with you to keep downtime as low as possible.
