On Basic, support is by email and we reply within 1 business day. Standard gets priority email with a reply the same business day. Premium has a 4-hour response SLA and support by WhatsApp or phone.

We can. One-off help is charged at $15.38/hour, but for ongoing care a monthly plan gives you better value.
