Every SiteBoma invoice can be paid with M-Pesa through Paystack's secure checkout page. The steps are below.
Steps to pay
- Sign in to the Client Area and open the invoice that is still unpaid.
- Click Pay and you will land on Paystack's secure checkout page.
- Pick M-Pesa. Card works too, if you would rather pay with Visa or Mastercard.
- Type in the M-Pesa number the payment should come from.
- A prompt appears on that phone: enter your M-Pesa PIN to approve it.
- You are done. The invoice updates itself and your service activates automatically, usually within a few minutes.
No prompt on your phone?
These are the usual reasons:
- The phone is offline or out of Safaricom coverage. Try again once it has signal.
- A digit in the number was wrong. Look again at the M-Pesa number you typed on Paystack's page.
- There is not enough in the M-Pesa account to cover the invoice. Top up first.
